- Ghid obtained her bachelor degree in Computer and Communications Engineering from the American University of Beirut in 2006. She obtained her Master's degree in Communication Systems from EPFL in 2008, with a Master thesis on "Recursions for the LT Decoder" that she completed in ALGO. She joined ALGO in September 2008 as a PhD student, and graduated in 2012.
